Dance of the Gods.

Rustling wind’s playful teasing

The nonchalant but responding trees

Speaking the language of old

Like forbidden lovers

Telling tales of gently rushed caresses

Mesmerising is their union but far from over

To some it is a glorious dance

Never have there been a more persuasive leader

For this dance was meant to leave all intoxicated

If you listen carefully you’d hear

The words of the most urgent nature

Of love, life and eternity

For as long as can I move the earth

And for as long as you stand your ground

The melody of our love song will be heard

Even by the faintest of hearts.
